About Brittany Lorenzi

Founder, BluePrint Strategy

Brittany is passionate about helping entrepreneurs grow their companies. In being raised by two entrepreneurs with a love for real estate, Brittany saw firsthand the hard work required to grow a thriving company, but she also saw the rewards. She also saw the fulfillment found in creating ideas from a blank canvas, in building blueprints of successful companies.

Brittany is now building her third company--her first was founded in college--and BluePrint Strategy allows her to express her love for the creative side of numbers while developing strategies that break big ideas into manageable pieces and step-by-step processes. Her success is based on seventeen years of experience in the real estate industry and a background in finance, operations, management and redevelopment. Brittany is results-oriented, a team player whose depth of professional experience allows her to create solutions that consider the impacts on all areas of the organization.

Brooke Brandon

Nonprofit Operations Manager

Brooke joins the BluePrint team with twenty years' experience in nonprofit management. While working a part-time job with the YMCA during college, Brooke found her love for nonprofit work. She spent her career serving the YMCA in various capacities over the years, from managing departments and development to finally managing third party and corporate relationships. She has a passion for helping organizations grow and reach their full potential of service. She is excited to join the BluePrint team and work alongside volunteers and leaders to help nonprofit organizations reach their goals. She and her husband have two children that keep their weekends full of sports and activities. In her spare time she loves to be outside, attend a workout class, or dabble in interior design.

Teri Calmus

Accounting Specialist

Teri Calmus has over ten years of experience in accounting, tax preparation, and bookkeeping. Teri graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2002 with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting. While at the University of Oklahoma she was also a part of the women’s soccer team where she earned a place on the Academic All-Big12 Honor Roll for 4 consecutive years. After graduating, Teri moved to Nashville where she took a job at a large CPA firm. After starting her family, and leaving the CPA firm, she took her experience to many clients where she has been able to help them with their small business accounting and tax preparation needs. Teri is dedicated, hardworking and enjoys spending time with her husband and five children.

Katie Van Winkle

Operations & Project Manager

Katie is a problem-solver and mission-driven partner for achieving results. In the role of Operations and Project Manager at BluePrint Strategy, she brings more than 15 years of experience in communications and program management to support the goals of BluePrint Strategy and its valued clients. Throughout her career in the roles of advertising/PR account executive, marketing research advisor, non-profit start-up administrative director, and education accreditation consultant, Katie developed the ability to refine details and to cultivate relationships that advance organizations’ goals in a meaningful way. Her family relocated from Indianapolis, IN, to middle Tennessee when she was a teenager, and Katie went on to earn a BBA degree in Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University and an MBA from Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University with a concentration in Human & Organizational Performance. Katie’s favorite activities are cheering on her three children in sporting activities and volunteering in their schools, along with her hobbies of reading, gardening, and cooking.

Keri Cable

Financial / Data Analyst

Keri joins BluePrint Strategy as our Financial / Data Analyst. Keri is a problem-solver and mission-driven partner for achieving results. She brings more than 30 years of experience in accounting, finance and management to support the goals of BluePrint Strategy and its valued clients. Most recently, Keri was a Controller for Ingram Industries, assisting in the growth and development of the company responsible for the distribution of electronic textbooks to Universities and Higher Education Institutions.  The common thread in Keri’s career has been the ability to develop and improve processes and procedures for companies of all sizes and assist the accounting and finance team to grow and experience efficiencies.  When not working, Keri enjoys watching her children’s sports, being at the lake on her boat or riding four-wheelers in the mud, accompanied by her husband and children.

Leah Wynne

Business Operations Analyst

Leah Wynne joins BluePrint Strategy with 20 years of healthcare financial management experience. After a short time working in corporate finance upon graduation she decided to transition and work in the healthcare field to add a personal connection to the data. She has been dedicated to creating budgets, analyzing data, reviewing trends, determining cost savings opportunities and working with all management levels to understand the data they are provided. As a Business Operations Analyst she is excited to use her experience to help our creative and passionate clients interpret their financials and work together to grow their businesses. She has a passion for helping others and is excited to see clients on their journey to reaching their goals. Outside of work you will find Leah running, playing sports with her 3 kids, finding adventures, or cheering on her kids as they follow their own passions on the ballfield and stage.

Olivia Conn

Dashboard Guru

Olivia joins BluePrint Strategy as our Dashboard Guru. Olivia is a California native who moved to Tennessee 15 years ago to pursue a career in the music industry. During the course of her pursuit, she needed to work to support herself, and landed a job at a healthcare company where she found a wonderful, stable environment to develop new skills while also paying the bills. It was in this position where she met her husband. Olivia and her husband are blessed by their 14 year old stepson, and beautiful 11 month old daughter. Over time Olivia worked her way up to her current role, which is in data analytics. Olivia has a passion for data management and is very thankful to be able to use those skills with us at BluePrint Strategy Solutions. Olivia continues to enjoy singing and songwriting outside of work and within her church. She is thankful for the position at the healthcare company that led her down the path to a career, a family, and whole new passion.
