    • Contact/Database Administration

  • Day to day operations for Collaborate

    • Serve as point of contact for all current tenants, addressing concerns/needs

    • Manage and implement onboarding process for all new tenants

    • Provide administrative support to tenants as needed/based on tenant package

    • Coordinate member networking/social events

    • Perform monthly membership invoicing and copy usage reports

    • Kitchen maintenance (stocking coffee bar and pantry items, trash, dishwasher)

    • Retrieve and distribute mail to tenants/ Accept packages

    • Greet guests at front desk

    • Provide impromptu or scheduled building tours to prospective tenants

    • Manage building utility contracts (including Internet, security, HVAC, printer etc)

    • Maintain relationships/scheduling with regular vendors (cleaners, landscapers, pest control, etc.)
