About Brittany Lorenzi

Founder, BluePrint Strategy

Brittany is passionate about helping entrepreneurs grow their companies. In being raised by two entrepreneurs with a love for real estate, Brittany saw firsthand the hard work required to grow a thriving company, but she also saw the rewards. She also saw the fulfillment found in creating ideas from a blank canvas, in building blueprints of successful companies.

Brittany is now building her third company--her first was founded in college--and BluePrint Strategy allows her to express her love for the creative side of numbers while developing strategies that break big ideas into manageable pieces and step-by-step processes. Her success is based on seventeen years of experience in the real estate industry and a background in finance, operations, management and redevelopment. Brittany is results-oriented, a team player whose depth of professional experience allows her to create solutions that consider the impacts on all areas of the organization.

Shari Godley

Chief Relationship Officer

Shari has over twenty-five years’ experience in accounting and management. She began her career as a healthcare auditor at Ernst & Young before entering the corporate healthcare world. At Quorum Health group she worked in Corporate Accounting where she did accounting for hospital acquisitions and SEC reporting. At LifePoint Health, Shari was part f the startup team and played an integral role in the development of the accounting department, overseeing both corporate accounting and financial reporting. A native Tennessean, she attended Tennessee Tech University earning her Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting.  After starting her family, Shari did consulting work for multiple clients for a number of years before joining LBMC Business Process Solutions, LLC where she focused on using emerging technology to streamline financial processes for businesses. Shari is a motivated speaker that enjoys sharing her passions for learning and professional development. She is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Course and a member of the Brentwood Early Risers Toastmasters Club.  In her spare time she loves to hike, attend workout classes, read, spend time with her husband and three children.

Nonprofit Operations Manager

Brooke joins the BluePrint team with twenty years' experience in nonprofit management. While working a part-time job with the YMCA during college, Brooke found her love for nonprofit work. She spent her career serving the YMCA in various capacities over the years, from managing departments and development to finally managing third party and corporate relationships. She has a passion for helping organizations grow and reach their full potential of service. She is excited to join the BluePrint team and work alongside volunteers and leaders to help nonprofit organizations reach their goals. She and her husband have two children that keep their weekends full of sports and activities. In her spare time she loves to be outside, attend a workout class, or dabble in interior design.

Lynn Blose

Operations Assistant

Lynn Blose is a dedicated, hard-working team member with expert skills and experience in office management. Lynn has a diverse background working in many capacities across multiple industries over the last twenty years. Her career began as a sales professional and event planner in the hotel and conference center arena. Since then, she has worked with companies large and small to determine and provide for their specific needs. Following a brief time off, Lynn moved with her husband to Belgium for business and leisure. After starting her family, she went back to work as the officer manager for two local interior design firms. Her logical approach and knack for organization serve her well in all her roles.

Teri Calmus

Accounting Specialist

Teri Calmus has over ten years of experience in accounting, tax preparation, and bookkeeping. Teri graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2002 with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting. While at the University of Oklahoma she was also a part of the women’s soccer team where she earned a place on the Academic All-Big12 Honor Roll for 4 consecutive years. After graduating, Teri moved to Nashville where she took a job at a large CPA firm. After starting her family, and leaving the CPA firm, she took her experience to many clients where she has been able to help them with their small business accounting and tax preparation needs. Teri is dedicated, hardworking and enjoys spending time with her husband and five children.

Laurie Winston

Operations Coordinator

After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Memphis, Laurie earned her Masters in Education while employed as an underwriter at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee in Chattanooga. She spent the next six years teaching mathematics and coaching cross-country, which further ignited her passions of teaching, counseling, encouraging others, communicating with compassion, efficacy, and diplomacy, and fostering a spirit of collaboration. Following the birth of her first child, Laurie began an independent tutoring business, and, after their second child was born, began practicing yoga, which led her to earn the the RYT-200 yoga certification. In 2014, Laurie and her family moved to the Nashville area, where she continued teaching yoga and tutoring math to individual clients. She was employed for two years with the Williamson County School system, teaching math part-time, before joining the BluePrint Strategy Solutions team. Laurie believes that each day should be filled with meaningful occupation, work and play that bring her joy and employ her gifts and strengths. Her passion is in empowering others to do the same.

Originally from Colorado, Erica move to Nashville to pursue Music Business at Belmont University.  She graduated magna cum laude with a double major in Music Business and Accounting.  She has worked in accounting, the music business, as well as multiple startup organizations since graduating.  Erica loves working with Excel, exploring new and innovative software that can help automate processes, and strives to help companies grow and flourish.  In her spare time, she enjoys playing the piano and trying out new foodie spots in Nashville.

Financial Analyst

Michael is a recent graduate of Lipscomb University where he earned his Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance with an Accounting minor. Michael joins BluePrint Strategy as a Financial Analyst. Michael loves finding creative ways to build financial models that are easy to use and understand. He enjoys creating dashboards that clients can take to their teams to help them make strategic decisions. Throughout his collegiate career he has held multiple positions in accounting, finance, and management consulting. In his free time he enjoys reading, playing sports, and babysitting his two little cousins.

With over fifteen years of experience within the Hospitality & Events Industry, Aja joins BluePrint Strategy as the Marketing & Operations Administrator. Aja's experience has taken her from event planning, finance & non-profit to her most recent role as a marketing consultant. Aja is the owner and lead consultant for Notably Gray, a digital marketing company that specializes in social media strategies. Aja will help assist small companies in building personalized branding strategies and streamlining best social media practices.

Client Relations Coordinator / Operations Administrator


Dixie is a loyal and dedicated team member with 30 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry. The first 20 of those were spent in a physician practice, serving as a Practice Manager and assisting in physician and patient relations as well as office flow. Dixie became interested in the world of natural health and earned her board certification as a Holistic Health Practitioner. She used this certification and knowledge to grow her natural health sales business. Dixie joins the Collaborate team with a love of people and passion for communication and organization. In her spare time she likes to read and hang out with her husband and her life long girlfriends. Most of the time she’s plotting to get to the beach.

Alisa Cottingham

Projects Team

Alisa Cottingham is an accounting professional with many years of experience in accounting and business administration.  After graduating from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Professional Accountancy, she moved to Montgomery, Alabama.  While living in Alabama, she earned a Master of Business Administration from Auburn University and worked for twelve years for the State of Alabama.  Alisa and her family moved to Middle Tennessee in 1999, and she found her niche in the non-profit world.  She served as the business administrator and provided support for several non-profit organizations in the Nashville area.  Alisa has a very unique perspective, having worked at all levels of the organization, including leadership and managerial roles.
