Katz & Associates

Kicking off May with our version of #wisdomwednesdays. Spotlighting small businesses and giving you their greatest insight. We’re excited to kickoff this series with Emily Schneller of Katz & Associates. Emily’s best business insight: “Be true to YOU!”

As Vice President with Katz & Associates, Emily Schneller has 18 years’ experience in commercial real estate industry specializing in retail tenant representation with regional and national retailers.  She works with retailers to do strategic market layouts based on their individual site criteria.

When not busy with retail clientele, Emily is active in the greater Nashville community.  She founded the Greater Nashville chapter of 100+ Women Who Care, a unique giving circle where women gather for one hour to make a $10,000 collective quarterly impact supporting local nonprofits.   Since 2014, these women have given over $200,000 to local nonprofits.

Emily is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and achieved her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and steering committee member with the 100 Who Care Alliance. She also received her Masters in Civic Leadership at Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN in 2014.
